Prism3D is a brand operated by Tantush Enterprises, a sole proprietorship based in Nanded, Maharashtra, India.
We keep this deliberately specific, rather than a vague "we may use cookies":

All payments on prism3d.in are processed by Razorpay. We do not accept Cash on Delivery, and we never see or store your card number, CVV, or UPI credentials — that information goes directly to Razorpay, subject to their own privacy and security practices.
The website and the systems behind it (order processing, invoicing, sign-in) are hosted on servers provided by Hostinger, which also delivers our transactional emails (order confirmations, invoices, sign-in codes) on our behalf. Hostinger provides hosting and email infrastructure only — it does not process payments or run checkout on prism3d.in; that is handled entirely by Razorpay as above.
We do not sell your personal information. It's shared only as reasonably necessary with the service providers that operate the business: Razorpay (payments), Hostinger (hosting and email delivery), Google Analytics (site analytics), and courier partners such as Shiprocket or NimbusPost (delivery) — or where required by law.
Where you've provided the necessary details, we may occasionally send order-related or promotional emails. You can ask us to stop these at any time via our contact page.
Anything you send us for a custom request is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate or fulfil that request. We won't publish your design or use a completed custom product for marketing without your permission. You can ask us to delete submitted files, subject to what we need to reasonably keep for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.
Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, customer service, accounting and legal obligations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary depending on the information and the obligation involved.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or raise a privacy concern, via our contact page. We'll handle requests subject to applicable law and any lawful retention requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to our operations to protect personal information, including on our third-party website, payment, and logistics services. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
