These Terms govern purchases made through prism3d.in and any custom orders we accept. By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of the applicable product description, price, shipping charge, and these policies.
You should be at least 18 years old to place an order, or place it with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We may update listings, availability, and prices at any time before an order is placed. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed (or expressly agreed) at the moment you place it, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
We may refuse or cancel an order where fulfilment isn't reasonably possible, information is incomplete, a listing or pricing error has occurred, fraud or misuse is suspected, or a requested design may violate law or third-party rights. If we cancel a prepaid order we can't fulfil, the amount paid is refunded to your original payment method.
We currently accept prepaid orders only and don't offer Cash on Delivery. Every payment on prism3d.in is processed through Razorpay — an order is treated as paid only after Razorpay confirms successful payment.
We issue an invoice for every paid order, emailed to you automatically once payment is confirmed. If you need a copy resent, contact us via our contact page.
Creating an account is optional — you can also check out as a guest. If you sign in, we use a one-time code sent to your email rather than a password. A signed-in account lets you save addresses, view your order history, and keep a wishlist.
Where a product includes a personalization option (such as custom text or a colour choice), you select it before adding it to cart, and you're responsible for checking spelling and details before ordering — once printing starts, changes may not be possible. For a fully custom design not listed on the site, you can email us your requirements at support@prism3d.in; submitting a request doesn't guarantee we'll accept or manufacture it.
By submitting a design, image, logo, or other content for reproduction, you represent that you own it or have the necessary permission to use and reproduce it for the requested order. You grant us only the permission reasonably necessary to review, prepare, manufacture, and deliver the product. We may refuse a request that appears unlawful, infringes third-party intellectual-property rights, or is otherwise inappropriate for us to manufacture.
Custom files you send us are treated as confidential in the ordinary course of business. We won't use photographs of your completed custom product for advertising, social media, or portfolio display without your permission.
Many Prism3D products are made using FDM 3D printing. Layer lines, seam marks, support-contact marks, and minor surface variations are inherent to this manufacturing process and aren't automatically defects.
Physical colours may differ from website images due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and filament batches. Reasonable colour variation isn't automatically a defect.
3D-printed products may have small dimensional variations from the manufacturing process, subject to reasonable tolerances unless a specific tolerance is expressly agreed.
Products should be used only for their intended and described purpose. We don't currently represent our products as medical devices, food-contact products, electrical safety components, or products specifically intended for children under 3, unless a listing expressly states otherwise. 3D-printed materials may be affected by heat, prolonged sunlight, excessive force, or unsuitable chemicals.
Coupon codes are subject to their stated conditions, apply to one order at a time, and are non-transferable and non-stackable unless we expressly state otherwise.
All designs, photos, and branding on this site belong to Prism3D unless otherwise stated. Please don't reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs without our written permission.
You're responsible for providing accurate order, contact, and shipping information. We're not responsible for avoidable delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information you supply, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any liability, consumer right, or remedy where that exclusion or restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and mandatory jurisdictional rights, disputes are subject to the competent courts at Nanded, Maharashtra.
We may update these policies to reflect changes in operations, service providers, law, or website functionality. The version displayed on prism3d.in at the time of an order applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Prism3D is operated by Tantush Enterprises, Nanded, Maharashtra. The Proprietor is the designated Grievance Contact. For order issues, complaints, or grievances, reach us via our contact page or at support@prism3d.in.
